Key responsibilities

- ✦ Lead analytics operations — both client-facing and internal
- ✦ Manage specialist freelancer teams

- ✦ Monitor industry trends and software updates
Requirements
- ✦ 5+ years of data analytics experience with a leadership background
- ✦ SQL expertise — BigQuery, Redshift, Postgres
- ✦ Data ingestion tools — Fivetran, Stitch, Supermetrics
- ✦ ETL/reverse-ETL knowledge — dbt, Dataform, Hightouch
- ✦ GCP experience
- ✦ Statistical inference skills
- ✦ Excel and Google Sheets proficiency
- ✦ Looker Studio expertise; familiarity with BI tools
- ✦ Event data systems — Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4
- ✦ Google Tag Manager, CDP experience — Segment, Rudderstack
- ✦ Google Analytics, Ads, Facebook Pixel setup and auditing
- ✦ Python or R skills
- ✦ Degree in Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related field

- ✦ Handle day-to-day platform management and optimisation
- ✦ Test new technologies and strategies with enthusiasm
- ✦ Develop innovative solutions to complex acquisition problems
- ✦ Proactively share recommendations and insights with clients
Requirements
- ✦ Proven track record managing $50k+/month in ad spend
- ✦ Deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
- ✦ Strong Google Analytics and customer acquisition knowledge
- ✦ Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- ✦ Dashboarding tools — Data Studio / Looker Studio (nice to have)
